Not only was this disproven because we now have President Joe Biden in office, the rioters never participated in the election.
The Representatives were ushered to safety as they hid from rioters who entered offices and rummaged through things while inside. Now, one of the event's recognizable participants reportedly issued a statement about where he stands now when it comes to former President Donald Trump.
Jacob A. Chansley, the horned helmet-wearing, American flag-painted face "QAnon Shaman," stated some interesting things in the court documents. When he found out that Lil Wayne and other "friends and colleagues" of Trump received pardons, it made him reconsider his allegiance to Trump's stances.

"Thereafter, following the cessation of the term of former President Trump as President, and the Defendant noted former President Trump's pardoning of his friends and colleagues and Lil Wayne, the Defendant was compelled to reconcile his prior faith in former President Trump with the actions and words of former President Trump," read the court document.
Maybe the pardons noted in the documents are making Chansley reconsider his ties to Trump for the reason that he doesn't have any "interest in dealing with and addressing all matters political."
Additionally, his artwork has also been added to the court documents, but it's unclear why. Some people on Twitter think that it may be a way to humanize him in the situation.
