Actor/singer Jared Leto is something of an enigma. His sexy, elusive demeanor, partnered with his incredible talent both on-screen and on-stage, has earned him a coveted spot on my Top Ten Husband's List, alongside Chris Evans and Michael B. Jordan. Yes, I have a lot of husbands. Monogamy isn't for everyone. On Tuesday, photos of Leto were captured on set of his latest film, House of Gucci, and it's safe to say my husband looked completely unrecognizable.

In the new Ridley Scott thriller, Leto will portray Paolo Gucci, alongside Lady Gaga and Adam Driver. The film, based on the novel "The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed," will follow the assassination of legendary fashion designer, Maurizio Gucci who will be played by Driver.

Initially I had to re-examine the photos of Leto, on account of him being completely unrecognizable with receding grey hair, alongside a bald patch. The Leto I'm familiar with has luscious, long locks, reminiscent of an Olympian god who understands the importance of quality grooming products.

This new version of Leto was giving me vintage porn vibes, and not necessarily in a good way.

In addition to his newfound hair, or lack of it, Leto was photographed with prosthetic wrinkles, wearing a lavender corduroy suit with a matching button-down shirt. If I didn't know any better, I'd say Leto was in transit to the sequel of Boogie Nights, which wouldn't exactly be a bad thing.

Leto's transformation is nothing new.

The Suicide Squad actor is famous for his extreme movie transformations, which include titles such as The Little Things and Dallas Buyers Club, for which he won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 2014. Earlier this month, Lady Gaga posted a photo of her and Driver on-set of their new film, resembling an Alpine daydream. The photo instantly broke the internet, with numerous memes circulating around the web

Considering Leto is a fragrance ambassador for Gucci, and continuously exhibits their clothing on and off the red carpet, this role seems somewhat exemplary for him. He is currently filming alongside Gaga and Driver in Italy, with a release date set for November. The film will also star Hollywood legend Al Pacino, as well as Jeremy Irons.

Women founders continue to come up against common challenges and biases - solving this problem is bigger than supporting women, it’s about supporting the national economy.

Women founders continue to come up against common challenges and biases

Starting a business may have historically been perceived as a man’s game, but this couldn’t be further from reality. Research shows women are actually more likely than men to actively choose to start their own business – often motivated by the desire to be their own boss or to have a better work-life balance and spend more time with their family.

How am I doing as a parent?

Evaluating yourself is hard. It's even harder when attempting to assess your parenting because there's no set guide and nothing to count, measure, or quantify.

How am I doing as a parent?
Mum of two, bar manager, and lover of wine. And tequila.

Some time ago, I met my lovely friend for a drink, straight off the train from London. She told me about a very intense performance review she had at work recently, which, although scary, was incredibly useful; it gave her a general sense of how she was doing and areas to work on.

And it struck me we don't get this feedback as parents. Am I doing a good job? I have no idea.
