On Friday, news broke that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have officially broken up and will no longer be walking down the aisle together.

It came as a surprise to many because they were seemingly a power couple. The pair were spotted together at President Joe Biden's inauguration, in which Lopez vibrantly performed "This Land Is Your Land" and "America the Beautiful". And in February, she posted a photo on her Instagram of them in the Dominican Republic.

However, with rumors that Rodriguez had cheated, it makes sense why things could have been destined to fall apart.

Despite many fans feeling saddened by the announcement, one person didn't find it shocking—Jose Canseco. Canseco notoriously has disdain for Rodriguez and has seemingly called him out for being unfaithful on numerous occasions.

Once the news came out about the split, Canseco immediately went to Twitter to comment on the situation.

"Well J lo and a rod broke up well I wonder who told you so the truth hurts," Canseco penned. "Next girl you see a rod with will be a 25 to 30-year-old hot fitness model the truth hurts."

He didn't have to go there.

But if things couldn't get any more disrespectful, Canseco tried to shoot his shot at a relationship with J-Lo.

"Hey Jennifer Lopez by the way I am single And I can be faithful," he said sharply.

Conseco's continued dislike for A-Rod seems to know no bounds as the breakup continues to unfold. I'm sure he'll have more negative things to say, although I hope he doesn't follow through.

Starting a business may have historically been perceived as a man’s game, but this couldn’t be further from reality. Research shows women are actually more likely than men to actively choose to start their own business – often motivated by the desire to be their own boss or to have a better work-life balance and spend more time with their family.

How am I doing as a parent?

Evaluating yourself is hard. It's even harder when attempting to assess your parenting because there's no set guide and nothing to count, measure, or quantify.

How am I doing as a parent?

Some time ago, I met my lovely friend for a drink, straight off the train from London. She told me about a very intense performance review she had at work recently, which, although scary, was incredibly useful; it gave her a general sense of how she was doing and areas to work on.

And it struck me we don't get this feedback as parents. Am I doing a good job? I have no idea.
